Spider-Man, Venom and Carnage Rampage!

*SPOILER ALERT VENOM 2*

Spider-Man, Venom and Carnage; these three names have been quite popular this year.  With the success of Venom: Let There Be Carnage and the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home in December, we are super excited to see what’s in store next for these characters.  For those of you who haven’t seen the second installment of Venom, there will be some spoilers in the rest of the blog.

As we all know, there have been many different Spider-Man franchises with each one being a success.  Although Venom was a villain in the 2007 Spider-Man 3 movie, many didn’t like how he was used, therefore, he was not a popular character.  With the release of the first Venom movie in 2018, however, the character became a fan favorite.  With its success, they decided to make a second installment introducing Carnage, a symbiote like Venom and technically his son.

For the most recent Spider-Man franchise, they have released two movies so far (2017 and 2019) with the third installment coming out December 17^th of this year.  Although there have been some leaks about the movie (we have been able to avoid them so far!), there’s no secret that Venom is one of Spider-Man’s biggest enemies, but the exciting part is that we will be getting a second chance to see these two characters together!  The post-credits scene in Venom 2 shows Eddie Brock switching into a different reality, one where Tom Holland’s Peter Parker character is Spider-Man.  Since both of these movies are great on their own, we can only imagine how they’re going to be together!
